I’ve built a multi-6 figure business without having a big audience, running ads or posting 24/7. Instead I created it through leading with heart, building genuine relationships and deliberately designing a business around who I am, not who I thought I needed to be.
And over the years, I've helped hundreds of Asian women entrepreneurs - coaches, creatives and educators do the same: build soul-aligned businesses & grow their income as introverts without leaving their values or lives behind in the process.

I didn’t always plan to be a biz owner. I started with a desire to help people.
Like many of my clients, I came to this work through my own healing first. I knew I wanted to help people - I just couldn't find a conventional path that felt like me, especially as a multipotentialites who didn't fit neatly into any one box.
So I set out to create my own dream career.
What I didn't expect was how deep the entrepreneurial journey would go.
Because as I built my business, I kept bumping into the same thing: deep-rooted conditioning that showed up in every corner of entrepreneurship, ie.
In marketing - who am I to be seen? In sales - this feels wrong and pushy. In money - do I actually deserve this?
As the eldest daughter of immigrants, these weren't just mindset blocks. They were inherited rules I'd been living by my whole life. And each time I unlearned one, something shifted, a new wave of clients, income & ease. And also another layer to unlearn.
From the onset, I knew that what we need isn’t more tactics because they don’t work by themselves.
For us Asian women, we need a holistic approach because we’re complex human beings. And the conditioning runs deep.
Having both the inner work & outer business work is what helped me create and sustain a multi-6 figure business.
And this is the depth I bring to every woman I work with.
Here’s how this unfolded:
◇ 2017: Quit my SF marketing job and chose myself over security
After two years in a dream job that turned out not to be one, I did the scariest thing: quit my job and went on to build my own personal sabbatical to see what I actually wanted to do in my career.
◇ 2018: Career coaching for high achievers.
Within two months, I had signed my first coaching clients. And I spent the next two years coaching people at top tech companies like Google and Facebook to transition into more creative careers, because there was a gap between external success & inner alignment.
◇ 2020: Business coaching for Asians.
Made the scariest pivot to business coaching - even though it was what I had truly wanted to do deep down, it felt too high stakes. I did it anyway, and it was one of the best decisions ever.
◇ 2021: Crossed my first six figures.
After a few back and forths between coaching part time & full time, I crossed 6 figures in revenue. The best part was I did it without a massive following or complicated funnels. And instead, relied on simplicity and a relationship-first approach.
◇ 2022: Went deeper with Medicine Somatics certification.
I wanted the changes my clients experienced to go deeper and last longer - not just at the mind level, but in the body. Because that's where our unconscious decisions are driven from, and where embodied, lasting success actually lives.
◇ 2023: Niched down to Asian women.
Honestly, this was less of a business decision and more of a soul decision, because doing this work with Asian women lights me up in a way nothing else does. (People always ask me how I got to this specific niche, and as you can tell, it’s through lots of experimentation. My journey has been far from linear! The biz evolves as I evolve).
◇ 2024: Started van life.
At this point, my business was holding me well enough to go wherever desire called.
So we roadtripped to national parks in our self-built van. We also go abroad for about 6 months out of the year, whether it’s hiking through the Alps, eating our way through Taiwan or being awestruck by landscapes in New Zealand (this is still one of my favorites yet after being to a dozen countries!).
◇ Today: A multi-6 figure business. Still teaching, creating and traveling.
I love helping Asian women entrepreneurs lean into their strengths and create success on their own terms - so they can have more income, ease & abundance in both their business and lives.
How we spend our days is how we spend our lives
For my first few years, I did it the hard way - because as the eldest daughter, being the DIY queen, fiercely independent and figuring things out in the dark wasn’t new to me.
And when clients finally came, I was the one holding everything together so I burned out, and income was inconsistent. But the part that got to me the most was being so good at my work, but watching so little of it translate into steady clients.
Because I was so focused on doing, I forgot to design a business that could actually support me (with systems, rest and wellbeing infused into the equation).
Now my days look like:
Slow mornings and sun strolls
Charging well and working less
A month off every October to learn, create and fill my own cup
Calendar space to write and think - not just deliver and produce
Rest as a right, not a reward 💗
